What is The Music Run?
The Music Run is a 5KM and 10KM running series with speakers lining the entire ‘Sound Track’ run course, culminating in the world’s best finish line festival.
It’s an energising and fun event that brings young people together, irrespective of gender and race, for a one-of-a-kind safe, clean, alcohol-free and healthy experience.
Where and when will the event happen?
The event will happen on August 22, 2026 at SM MOA Complex.
How is music played on the run route?
We have top-of-the-line speakers placed throughout our 5km Soundtrack, ensuring continuous music from start to finish. This setup fills the entire run route with beats, creating a festival-like atmosphere as you run, jog, or dance to the rhythm! The music keeps the energy high and makes every step as exciting as the last.
Who can attend the event?
The Music Run is open to everyone! Whether you’re an experienced runner, a casual jogger, or just in it for the music and fun, you’re welcome to join. The event is family-friendly, with options for both adults and kids, and no prior running experience is required – just bring your energy and enjoy the ride!

What ages can attend the event?
The Music Run is an event that is suitable for all ages!
Participants under the age of 18 who wish to join The Music Run must obtain parental or legal guardian consent via the Terms and Conditions waiver that is part of the registration process. We are committed to making the Music Run a memorable and safe experience for everyone involved.
Can I bring my children?
Yes, children are welcome. Please note the following:
Event tickets for Children under the age of 5 (five) years are FREE and do not receive a Run Pack. Children under the age of 5 (five) years will be provided with a wrist tag for identification at Run Pack Collection (RPC). Please bring your child with you to RPC for age verification purposes. The Organiser reserves the right to request proof of age.
All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times during the Event. Accompanying parents or guardians must have purchased an Event Ticket for themselves. Children over the age of 6 (six) years are required to purchase an Event Ticket and will receive a Run Pack.

"The Music Run race kit includes the event shirt, a race bib (without the timing chip), the finisher's medal, drawstring bag, foam stick, TMR & Live The Beat face tattoo, and hydration.
It also includes an Acer Day Concert ticket if you'll be purchasing a bundle with the seating packages (General Admission, Upper Box, and Lower Box)."
Will I get a timed result from my run?
No, The Music Run is a fun run (and party), so there is no timing on the run. Take your time and enjoy the music with your friends on the route!
Can I buy group tickets for my company?
Yes! We welcome corporate teams and can arrange a bulk order of tickets. Please email info@hyvesport.com for more information. The minimum order quantity is 50 and up.
Are tickets transferrable or refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable. But if you wish to transfer your registration to a loved one, you may contact us via our social media page or email us at info@hyvesport.com.
What, when and where is Run Pack collection?
"The Run Pack Collection is where you collect all your race entitlements, including your event T-Shirt, drawstring bag and race bib (which you need to show to enter The Music Run).
We will be announcing the final Run Pack Collection details soon on our social media pages. Kindly stay tuned for our updates."
What happens if I am unable to attend Run Pack collection?
"A friend or family member is able to collect your Run Pack on your behalf by presenting the following:
Your confirmation email
Authorization Letter
a copy of your ID
a copy of his/her ID

What if there is bad weather on event day?
The Music Run is a rain or shine event but we will post an announcement in case of force majeure, like Typhoon Signal #2 and above, fire, or any other natural calamities that can affect the event schedule.
How do I gain access to the venue?
Your event bib is your access to the event. Without an event bib, you will not be allowed to enter the venue.
What refreshments are available during the fun run?
"A water station will be available on the race route.
Plenty of food & beverage options are available for purchase within the Music Village throughout the event."
Will food and beverage be available for purchase at the event?
"Multiple food and beverage options are available for purchase within the Music Village.
Please note that The Music Run operates a strict no-alcohol policy. Any persons found with alcohol will be removed from the venue by security staff."
Are pets allowed at the event?
