What is the ICA Legacy Run? The ICA Legacy Run is a fun-filled community run happening on October 11, 2026 at the ICA Campus in Greenhills, San Juan.
More than just a run, it is a morning for movement, family time, games, and fun—all in support of the ICA Scholarship Fund. Every step helps build a legacy.
Following the run, everyone can enjoy our Movement and Wellness Fair, packed with activities for people of all ages—from kids to the kids at heart!
Who can join?
Everyone is welcome! The ICA Legacy Run is open not only to ICAns and not only to women—so bring your family, friends, classmates, teammates, and running buddies!
Whether you are a seasoned runner, a first-timer, a parent running with your child, or simply joining for the fun, there is a place for you here.
What race distances are available? You may choose from:
* 500 m * 1 km * 3 km * 5 km
The 500 m and 1 km routes are especially designed for younger kids, but adults are absolutely welcome to join these distances too.
Is this a serious race or a fun run?
This is a family fun run. You are welcome to run, jog, walk, or simply enjoy the experience at your own pace. The most important thing is to move, have fun, and make memories together!
What time should we arrive?
Gates open at 5:00 AM.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your race start to allow time for parking, entrance, bag drop, assembly, and warm-up.
What is the race schedule?
Assembly and warm-up begin 10 minutes before each race start.
Road management begins at 7:00 AM. Participants who are still completing their route past 7:00 AM may continue at a relaxed pace on the sidewalk.
Do parents or guardians need to register if they will accompany their child?
Yes. Parents or guardians who will be running or walking with their child on the route must also be registered participants.
Where will the race routes be?
Routes will be around the ICA and Xavier campuses. Official route maps will be released closer to the event date, so please keep posted through our official social-media pages.
What does a registered runner receive? Each registered runner will receive:
* Official event shirt
* Finisher’s medal
* Race bib
* Meal stub
* One raffle entry
* Sponsor giveaways
Early-bird registrants will receive one extra raffle entry.

What happens after I complete my online registration?
After completing your registration, you will receive two separate emails: one from PayMongo confirming your payment and another from HyveSport confirming your ICA Legacy Run registration.
If you registered multiple participants in a single registration, you will receive only one registration confirmation email. Simply scan the QR code in the email to view the complete details of all participants included in your registration.
Can I transfer my slot or change my race distance?
Transfer requests and distance changes will be allowed until September 20, 2026.
Registrations are non-refundable, and shirt-size changes will not be allowed.
When and where can I claim my race kit?
Race-kit claiming will be via pick-up at the ICA Campus, tentatively on September 28. The final date and procedure will be announced on our socials.
Unable to pick up your kit? Delivery may be arranged for a fee. Please send us a message on Instagram to arrange this.
Is the Movement and Wellness Fair open even if I am not registered for the run?
Registered runners may enjoy the Movement and Wellness Fair for free. Non-runners are also welcome to enjoy the fair grounds and activities, as long as they are accompanied by at least one registered runner.
What activities can we expect at the Movement and Wellness Fair?
Get ready for a full morning of fun for all ages! Activities will include:
* Inflatable park
* Giant inflatables
* Obstacle courses
* Gymnastics zone
* Dance fitness and movement activities
* Squishy and playdough bar
* Arts and crafts station
* Wellness booths
* Family games
* Raffle giveaways
* And a whole lot more!
Is there a raffle? Who is eligible?
Only registered runners are eligible for the raffle.
Every registered participant receives one raffle entry, while early-bird registrants receive one extra entry.
Winners of the grand raffle prizes must be present during the draw to win. Winners of the other raffle prizes do not need to be present. A parent or guardian may claim on behalf of a child winner.
What are the grand raffle prizes? Grand raffle prizes include:

Where can we park?
More parking options will be announced soon.
Abenson Greenhills parking will be available for the event from 5:00 AM to 12:00 noon for a fee of ₱50. Parking is free if you make a purchase from the store.
We encourage families to arrive early and carpool where possible.
Where is the event entrance and exit?
The drop-off point and event entrance will be through ICA Gate 2 along Grant Street.
Exit will be through ICA Gate 2 and ICA Gate 3B, with Gate 3B available for exit from 7:00 AM onwards.
Will there be a bag-drop area?
Yes, there will be a bag-drop point inside the campus. However, we strongly advise participants to keep valuables to a minimum. The organizers will not be responsible for lost or damaged belongings.
What happens if it rains?
The event will proceed in light rain, as long as conditions remain safe. In case of severe weather or other safety concerns, official updates will be posted on our social-media pages and announced on-ground.
